MOSCOW, 4 Aug — RIA Novosti. On the website NASA free there record of mission “Apollo-11”, during which American astronauts landed on the moon.

To do this, NASA, in cooperation with the University of Texas at Dallas 170 digitized tapes recorded during the mission. Published materials contain more than 19 thousand hours Chronicles.

The spacecraft “Apollo 11” was launched into space July 16, 1969 and on July 20 Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin landed the lunar module on the moon’s surface. During the mission the astronauts installed on the landing place of the U.S. flag, photographed the landscapes of the moon in stereoscopic camera and collected 21.55 kg of lunar soil samples.
