Moscow. May 31. INTERFAX.RU — the situation with the journalist Arkady Babchenko does not change Russia’s attitude to Ukraine as a country where journalists can be dangerous, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.

“History, at least, strange. And I don’t know how the end justifies the means in this story. Thank God the man is alive. But it doesn’t change our attitude to Ukraine as to a country where a journalist can be dangerous,” Peskov said to journalists on Thursday, commenting on the situation.
