Rosaviatsia reported the restrictions of flights in areas of the 2018 world Cup
MOSCOW, may 19 — RIA Novosti. Restrictions in airspace use are introduced in Russia from 1 June to 17 July over the cities hosting the world Cup, told RIA Novosti the representative of Federal air transport Agency.
“In the framework of the implementation of enhanced security measures in the airspace above the cities hosting the world football championship FIFA 2018, and above recreation teams and training areas relevant orders of the Ministry of transport of Russia is further established exclusion zones and zones of restriction of flights”, — he said.
If necessary, use the air space (except for permitted activities) in these areas from June 1 to July 17, you must obtain permission of the appropriate regional interdepartmental operational headquarters for the security during the period of the world Cup.
The world championship will be held in Russia from 14 June to 15 July 2018. The tournament matches will be played in Moscow, Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saransk, Rostov-on-don, Yekaterinburg and Sochi.
