MOSCOW, may 19 — RIA Novosti. At least 22 people were injured in a fire at a plant near Houston in the us state of Texas, reported local TV channel АВС13 with reference to the fire Department of the city of Pasadena.
The fire happened at 10.30 am local time (18.30 GMT) at the plant Kuraray America, Inc. The victims were taken to the hospital.
According to the representative of the fire service, the fire was extinguished and poses no danger to citizens. The possibility of terrorist attacks eliminated.
Representatives of the plant are working with local authorities to determine the cause of the fire.
