KEMEROVO, may 15. /TASS/. The former head of the Kuzbass, the Chairman of the Council of people’s deputies of the region 74-year-old Aman Tuleyev will not participate in the primaries of “United Russia” on parliamentary elections of the Kemerovo region, told TASS in the Kemerovo regional branch of the party on Tuesday.
