MOSCOW, may 7. /TASS/. Vladimir Putin in fourth time took place the ceremony of the inauguration and became for the next six years the President of Russia. Speaking at the event, the head of state stressed that Russia should be “modern and dynamic, to keep pace with global changes, to build their agenda of a breakthrough”.
