In American cities started the action “Immortal regiment”
NEW YORK- RIA Novosti. The action “Immortal regiment” dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of the victory of anti-Hitler coalition in world war II, was launched in the United States. The March with portraits of soldiers were on the East coast of the country. This year the build will be released in more than twenty U.S. cities.

Along the waterfront of the Hudson “fellow soldiers” marched to the memorial to soldiers fallen in the Second world war, in battery Park — to eight columns with the names of American soldiers killed on the battlefields.
The event is traditionally held the Saturday before may 9th.
In the country the action takes place on may 5 in new York, Washington, Denver, Boston, Phoenix. May 6, marches will be held in San Francisco, Seattle, Orlando, Philadelphia, San Diego, Chicago, Houston, Detroit, Tallahassee. In Miami the event will take place on 9 may. This year for the first time, joined city in Alabama and Kansas city. Also on may 6 in San Francisco will rally.
