Media: Elizabeth II leased land in the center of Kiev
MOSCOW, 21 Feb — RIA Novosti. Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II has rented in the center of Kiev land area of 1.6 thousand square meters. This is stated in the decision of the Kyiv city Council, posted on the website kievvlast.com.ua.
“Her Royal Majesty and ruler of the United Kingdom is transferred in rent for 49 years the land area of 0,1622 hectares on the street of the Church, and 13, in the Shevchenko district of Kiev in connection with the acquisition of ownership rights to immovable property”, — stated in the decision of the Council.
It is reported that the monthly rent will amount to 568 thousand. Representatives of the Queen have for the month to pass on the necessary documents the local administration.
Earlier it was reported that Elizabeth II has rented at this location the office area of 2.2 thousand square meters.
