SAINT PETERSBURG, 3 Feb. /TASS./ St. Andrew’s flag on the frigate “Admiral Gorshkov” can be raised at the end of summer 2018. This was reported to journalists on Saturday, the President of the United shipbuilding Corporation (USC) Alexey Rakhmanov.
