MOSCOW, January 19. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with the permanent members of the security Council of the Russian Federation the adoption by Ukraine of the law on the reintegration of Donbass, which could adversely affect the settlement of the internal Ukrainian conflict.
