Topilin told about the benefits of long holidays
MOSCOW, 15 Dec — RIA Novosti. Long new year holidays are important for family policy of Russia and will have a positive impact on productivity, says Minister of labour and social protection Maxim Topilin.
New year holidays in Russia will last for 10 days — from December 30 to January 8.
“This has a positive effect on productivity, because people can relax. Somewhere to go, somewhere to go, to spend time with children. The great thing that this period coincides with children’s holidays,” — said RIA Novosti the Minister on the question of how long holidays affect productivity.
“I remember when I had winter vacation, and parents had to go to work… It was horrible actually, because I wanted to spend time together. Father had to take time off to be together,” — said Topilin.
The Minister believes that now in Russia a lot of opportunities to have a great vacation with children.
“So I think that family politics is very important that coincide with the winter holidays and school holidays — opportunity for the whole family to be together,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
