Rosstat has compared the average cost of goods in November 2017 and 2016.
Rosstat published a report that compared the average cost of popular consumer goods that Russians often choose as gifts for the New year. For the year, from November 2016 to November 2017, most of all (+of 4.91%) rose books. The average cost of one book Rosstat estimates in 310,91 RUB.
