A day of mourning throughout the country and on the buildings of diplomatic and consular representations abroad will be lowered national flags of Kyrgyzstan, cultural institutions and TV and radio companies are recommended to cancel entertainment events and transmission, the government together with local authorities tasked to provide the necessary assistance and support to the families of the victims.
“The state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic carried out the rescue works on search injured and dead bodies, measures to support their families and relatives”, — stated in the decree.
