Shiveluch threw a 7-km column of ash
Kamchatka volcano Shiveluch threw a column of ash to a height of 7 kilometers above sea level, the plume from which spread roughly 150 kilometers.
Shiveluch is the northernmost active volcano of Kamchatka, the height of which is 3 283 meters. It is located in the Ust-Kamchatsky district.
