The list of lands open to provide “far Eastern hectare”, will expand on the Kamchatka Peninsula, said the Russian presidential envoy in the far Eastern Federal district (FEFD) Yuri Trutnev.
This was announced during the meeting Trutnev Kamchatka far East owners acres. Noted that the beginning of the third phase of the law, the percentage of lands closed to grant in the territory increased by 16%. This happened due to the closure of lands of the Ministry of defense of the territories within the jurisdiction of the Committee, as well as hunting grounds.
Trutnev said that in the near future in Federal law will make amendments thanks to which restricted land use to hunting grounds will be open for applicants. Currently under consideration in the administration of Yelizovo district are more than 300 applications, which when amendments come into force will be approved.
“Defense, we will not touch, and as hunting grounds and the Agency – there, like all decisions, there should be just, so they are already in the law are reflected. You do so, you warn people. Return they do not, refuse not necessary, warn that the amendments are already under Deposit, so we soon finished. The situation corrected, actually corrected, we all agreed with them,” — said Trutnev.
Since the beginning of the work of the law on “far hectare” in Kamchatka, accepted 3482 application. Citizens were provided with plots with total area of 764 hectares, 700 applications approved, there is the procedure of setting plots in the cadaster or Contracting.
