The head of Russian foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov said on Saturday that Kiev is deliberately promoting a policy of violating the Minsk agreement.
The Russian Minister confirmed that in the near future will meet in “Norman format”, which will address the issue of non-compliance by Kiev of its obligations.
Previously, the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov did not rule out that the heads of the countries “Norman Quartet” may take a decision on holding the meeting in the foreseeable future.
