The mayoralty of Novosibirsk has suggested that the ideology of “Demonstrations”, the artist Artem Loskutov to organize a joint may day March. A letter from the city administration of patches posted to Twitter on Tuesday, April 11.
“You proposed the concept of the event in the form of a traveling exhibition — walking citizens of the original and may be of interest for the creative youth of the city. I suggest you hold a joint March”, — says the document signed by the head of the Department of culture, sports and youth policy of the mayoralty Anna Tereshkova.

Loskutov was invited to city hall to participate in the meeting of the working group for directions and details of the event.
In 2016, the Novosibirsk authorities are not agreed on the March “Demonstrations”, but it still took place. The evening of 1 may, the police arrested Loskutov. He was fined 20 thousand rubles for holding an unauthorized action.
Apolitical procession “Monstration” is held in Novosibirsk in 2004. Its members come annually on may 1 with absurd slogans such as “What number day?”, “The wardrobe is not the answer”, “We are you”, “the System, what’s so nervous?”, “The evil Empire. Empire is very evil!”.
The first March brought together about 80 participants, and in 2014 it was joined by four thousand people.
