As reported by “RIA Novosti” the representative of police of the province of Nevsehir, the Russian citizens among victims are not present. “This morning, when a hard landing of the balloon due to strong winds killed one French tourist. Wounded two French citizens, two citizens of Columbia and 16 — Turkey. Russians among the victims there,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
