The state Duma adopted in the third final reading the law toughening the responsibility of the fans for breaking the rules of conduct of the competitions. The corresponding document is available in the database of the lower house of Parliament on Friday, 7 April. The document envisages amendments to the Russian code of administrative offences. The explanatory note thereto States that it was developed in accordance with the instructions of President Vladimir Putin. The note also lists the principal violations of the rules of behaviour of spectators at sporting events: wymagania on the field, carrying and use of fireworks, swearing, being drunk. Serious violations shall be sanctioned with a fine of up to 20 thousand rubles or up to 15 days of administrative arrest with a ban on visiting of venues of official sports competitions to seven years.
