Actress Elena Vorobey denied entry to Ukraine
MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. The actress and comic genre Elena Sparrow announced on the social network Instagram that she was denied entry to Ukraine.
“Sitting here in the airport of Kyiv. Unpleasant, of course, the story — let me out (of the airport — approx. TASS). Very sorry for the people of Kiev, the spectators, who bought tickets and was going today to see this great Comedy, the Prime Minister,” said Sparrow in a hosted video message.
“The law about who could enter and who is not, it reminds me of the infamous Berlin wall and the Palestinian-Israeli relationship,” she added.
In 2015, the Ministry of culture of Ukraine made a list of Russian and world cultural figures who “posed a threat to national security of Ukraine”. He made more than 80 people, including film Directors Karen Shakhnazarov, Pavel Lungin, the musicians Alexander Rosenbaum, Sergey Penkin, Nikolay Rastorguev, actors Vasily Lanovoy, Oleg Tabakov, Valentina Talyzina, singers Lev Leshchenko, Joseph Kobzon. In addition, the list included the leader of the American rock band Limp Bizkit’s Fred durst and others.
