Putin congratulated the Russians and Belarusians on the Day of unity of peoples
MOSCOW, 2 Jun — RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on the unity Day of peoples of the two countries and acknowledged the success of integration cooperation in the political, economic and other spheres, says the press service of the Kremlin.
“The Russian head of state stressed the relevance of the Union state for the citizens of Russia and Belarus and praised the results of the integration of cooperation in political, trade-economic, scientific-technical, humanitarian and other spheres, achieved over more than twenty years,” — said in the telegram of the Russian President.
Putin also noted that the accumulated of the Russian Federation and Belarus experience helps to find solutions to any issues and also contributes to the development of mutually beneficial ties.
