In Dubai caught fire under construction skyscraper

MOSCOW, 2 Jun — RIA Novosti. In Dubai near the world’s highest skyscraper Burj Khalifa lit up the under-construction high-rise building, the newspaper reports Gulf News.

The fire started about 5: 30 Sunday local time (4.30 GMT) on the territory of building a 60-storey Address Residence Fountain Views. Also located near the shopping complex, Dubai Mall and the Address hotel, the Hotel was damaged by a major fire in the eve of 2016.

“Ambulances were sent to the place of incident, information on victims did not arrive yet”, — stated in the message of the media centre of Dubai.

Emergency services said the fire is localized, firefighters continue work at the scene of the fire. The city authorities have blocked traffic on nearby streets.
