Kiev can provide Russia information on the murder Boronenkov
Military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios also assured that the murder of the former Deputy of the state Duma will not affect the consideration of the court case on treason Yanukovych.

KIEV, March 30. /TASS/. The chief military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios does not preclude the granting to the Russian side information on the murder of former state Duma Deputy, Denis Boronenkov.
“Ukraine professes an international agreement, executes international legal order. In this case, I think we will be able to provide information, who is investigating the case. But instead I would like to have same international powers, international legal agreements were completed and Russia in the proceedings, a witness which was killed by Boronenkov, against former Ukrainian President (Viktor) Yanukovych,” — said Matios, the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
The military Prosecutor also assured that the murder Boronenkov will not affect the consideration of the court case on treason Yanukovych
“Will have no effect. The case of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych submitted for consideration on the merits to determine the judges, who will consider, in the Obolon district court of Kiev, where will be set for hearing in open mode”, — he assured. Date of consideration of the case has not yet been appointed. The court will announce it in early April (3-8 April).
Ex-Deputy of the state Duma Denis Voronenkov in December last year during a visit to Kiev said that gave testimony to the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine against former President Viktor Yanukovych. Earlier in the same case testified another former Russian parliamentarian Ilya Ponomarev.
Boronenkov, was shot dead on March 23 in the center of Kiev.
He was escorted out of the building when he was approached by the unknown several times shot from a pistol. Further, there was a shootout between the killer and Boronenkov guard, causing the guard and the assailant were injured and were taken to hospital, but later the murderer died.
