Hackers broke into news site banned in Russia the terrorist group Islamic state Amaq and introduced malicious software. It is reported Vocativ.
Under the guise of installing Flash Player visitors download dangerous software that allows hackers to remotely obtain information from the infected computers. In addition, the malware can be installed on mobile devices based on Android and used for spying on users: it tracks your GPS location and gives you access to SMS, photos, videos, and contacts on your mobile phone.
Administrators Amaq warned visitors about the threat in his Telegram-channel, the newspaper notes. In addition, a warning has circulated on the forums IG.
At the moment none of the hacker groups has claimed responsibility for hacking the website but the Twitter account of one of the members associated with the Anonymous group, there was a message “We’re coming for you” and the mention of portal Amaq.
