After a year spent in isolation in the Scottish wilderness, the contestants of the show “Eden” on Channel 4 have already returned to civilization, where they expect few surprises. Their country voted to leave the European Union, and Donald trump became President of the United States.

The shooting of “Eden” began in March 2016, where 23 people were placed on a remote walled site in Scotland and gave them the task of building a society from scratch: to get food and to live according to primitive laws.
Most unexpected however, as noted, for them was the fact that the reality show, filming on which they spent a year, was taken off the air after the release of all four episodes.
