In the state Duma on Tuesday, March 28, will be a bill that regulates the use of the irregular schedule to protect the interests of workers, reports RIA Novosti. The authors of the document — deputies of the LDPR, Igor Lebedev, Yaroslav Nilov and Andrey Svintsov, has offered to give employees overtime extra vacation of three to 15 days. Under the bill, the employer should be fixed in collective agreement possible use irregular work schedule. It also indicates that the time worked by the employee beyond the working day or shift must not exceed 120 hours per year. Upon reaching the limit of the number of hours work should be considered overtime with appropriate compensation.
