In the state Duma proposed to prohibit long working hours for a number of citizens
We are talking about pregnant women, employees under 18 years of age and those who are prohibited for health reasons.
Moscow. March 28. INTERFAX.RU — Deputies from the liberal democratic party, headed by Vice-speaker of the state Duma Igor Lebedev has submitted to the Duma a bill to prohibit to install long working hours for pregnant women, employees under 18 years and to increase those who work surgery, paid vacation.
According to the proposals of the bill the employer is planning the use of irregular working hours, should be fixed in a collective agreement or a local normative act accepted taking into account opinion of a representative body of workers, not only the list of positions of employees with irregular working day, but and the illustrative list of exceptional cases in which such workers can work surgery.
The bill proposes to prohibit to install long working hours for pregnant women, employees under 18 years and employees that it is prohibited for health reasons.
The draft law also proposes to set a limit on the number of hours processing in the regime of irregular working hours: the time actually worked by the employee outside the working day (shift) may not exceed 120 hours per year
Upon reaching the set limit of the number of hours the involvement of the employee to work beyond established for a duration of working time may only be exercised according to the rules of attracting to work overtime with proper compensation, according to the bill.
The duration of the annual additional paid leave for irregular working hours should be from three to 15 calendar days and determined by dividing the hours actually worked by the employee surgery hours per year of work, eight hours (on the basis of limiting the number of hours of processing per year 120 hours and the duration of the normal working day of 8 hours).
