In the state Duma on Tuesday, March 28, will be a bill that regulates the use of the irregular schedule to protect the interests of workers, reports RIA Novosti. The authors of the document — deputies of the LDPR, Igor Lebedev, Yaroslav Nilov and Andrey Svintsov, has offered to give employees overtime extra vacation of three to 15 days.
Under the bill, the employer should be fixed in collective agreement possible use irregular work schedule. It also indicates that the time worked by the employee beyond the working day or shift must not exceed 120 hours per year. Upon reaching the limit of the number of hours work should be considered overtime with appropriate compensation.
In addition, the authors of the document suggest to prohibit to install long working hours for pregnant women, employees under 18 years of age and people who have health problems.
“The bill will protect the rights and interests of employees on vacation and installed by the Federal law duration of working time, limiting the right of the employer to the application of the regime of irregular working hours and setting adequate compensation to employees for processing,” according to the liberal democratic party.
In December 2016 Igor Lebedev suggested to pay deputies for additional working hours spent in plenary sessions. In November, the lower house of Parliament has introduced fines for members of pass pleneros without good reason.
