Vyacheslav Volodin
Speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin questioned the possibility of objective investigation into the murder of the former Deputy of the lower house of Parliament Denis Boronenkov in Ukraine. His words leads TASS on Friday, March 24.
“It is hardly possible, because Ukraine is increasingly slipping into a terrorist state, where the law is no longer valid”, — said Volodin.
He called unacceptable the accusations against Moscow, made immediately after the murder Boronenkov, stressing that such conclusions are made only on the findings of the investigation. According to Volodina, “statements made immediately” to indicate that “might be some kind of hoax”.
Earlier on Friday it became known that the killer Boronenkov was a 28-year-old Paul Parsow, who served in the national guard of Ukraine.
Voronenkov was shot in the center of Kiev in the afternoon of 23 March. The killer opened fire when ex-MP along with the guard came out of the hotel. The assailant was wounded by a bodyguard and arrested. Later that same day, he died in intensive care.
On Thursday the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the murder Boronenkov traceable “handwriting Russian special services”, similar accusations were expressed by the representatives of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the country. In the Kremlin called these statements absurd.
Denis Voronenkov, the Deputy of the state Duma of the sixth convocation, at the end of last year, together with his wife Maria Maksakova, also a former Deputy, moved to Ukraine, having received, in his words, citizenship in this country. Russia was declared in the international search on suspicion in large fraud. Boronenkov called the case against him was fabricated.
