The Moscow Prosecutor’s office warned the organizers and participants uncoordinated action on 26 March about the inadmissibility of violation of the law. The text of the appeal published on the website of the Supervisory authority.
“The Moscow government action is not agreed upon, the organizers offered an alternative venue, which the organizers refused personally. Be warned that any attempt to hold an inconsistent event — a direct violation of the law”, — stated in the message.
The Prosecutor noted that organizers of public events, in particular, Alexei Navalny sent warnings.
“Law enforcement will be forced to take all necessary measures to prevent provocations, riots, any action leading to breach of public security, creating conditions for threats to life and health of citizens”, — stated in the message.
On Friday, March 24, press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov called illegal calls to participate in the procession along Tverskaya street of Moscow in the framework of the action initiated by the Bulk. “It’s actually not that other, as provocation”, — he said.
