Permanent representative of Russia to the United Nations (UN) may become the Deputy head of Russian foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov, Vasily sebenza. As writes on Friday, March 17, “Kommersant”, citing four sources at the Russian state structures, now seen as the main candidate on this post.

Vassily Nebenzia was born in 1962, in 1983 graduated from MGIMO. In 1996-2000 he served as a senior Advisor to the permanent mission of Russia to the UN in new York from 2003 to 2006 — Deputy Director of Department of international organizations Ministry of foreign Affairs, 2006-2011 — zampolpreda of the Russian Federation to the UN office in Geneva. In 2013 he received the appointment to the post of Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia.
