MOSCOW, March 17. /TASS/. The state Duma passed a draft appeal to the parliaments of European States, the European Parliament, PACE and the Secretary General of the Council of Europe urging them to nip in the framework of its powers aggression against Russian banks in Ukraine and give an adequate assessment to the actions of the Kiev authorities.
The draft appeal “To the parliaments of European States, the European Parliament, the parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe, parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Secretary General of the Council of Europe in connection with the riots of banking institutions in Ukraine” was prepared by two committees of the state Duma on the financial market and on international Affairs.
