In the village of Staraya kulatka (Ulyanovsk region) in one of the houses found the body of a nine year old child with numerous burns. The boy was brought up in foster care, reported on the website of the regional Prosecutor’s office.
As specified on the website of the regional investigative Department of the Investigative Committee, the boy from burns suffered 79 percent of the skin. “After attempts of independent first aid at the scene was caused by ambulance, however the injuries the boy died”, — stated in the message.
