The government will develop plans for the “active life” and “dignified old age”
The Ministry of economic development started forming working groups to finalize the integrated action plan of the government of the 2017-2025 years, they will be attracted the experts told RNS sources familiar with the contents of the consultations. These groups will be ten, said earlier the Minister of economic development Maxim Oreshkin.
According to one source, topics for consideration at meetings of the emerging groups is a rational tax system, social support and infrastructure, “smart economy” — government services and digital reporting, the realization of human potential, the laws and infrastructure of the digital economy, export promotion, sustainable environment, meaningful employment and migration, as well as groups in the areas of “active life” and “dignified old age”.
“The task force on sustainable environment to examine the possibility of predictability of the macroeconomic environment and government planning. Group on the labour market will improve productivity and compensation of the demographic collapse. Group on the digital economy will work for the removal of restrictions on the development of electronic Commerce, logistics and transport, as well as the technologies utilities. “Smart economy” involves the translation of administrative document management to digital format and translated to digital forms of reporting. “Active life” is the extension of healthy life of the working population and early detection of diseases,” lists other source RNS.

In particular, in the work towards “a sustainable environment” will involve the Ministry of Finance, Central Bank, FTS and FAS. For the “smart economy” will be the responsibility of the Ministry of communications and FNS, for “worthy old age” — the Ministry of labour, Ministry of Finance, Central Bank and the Pension Fund of Russia. The work is supposed to connect Expert management of the President, business associations, as well as three research centers — center for strategic research, the Academy and the Higher school of Economics.
According to sources, RNS, last week proposed the Ministry of economic development the configuration of the working groups endorsed the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
At the end of the message to the Federal Assembly, President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to prepare a plan of action, which incorporate measures ensuring the achievement not later than the 2019-2020 years growth of economy of the Russian Federation, exceeding the growth rate of the world economy”. The deadline is 30 may 2017.
