MOSCOW, March 14. /TASS/. Minsk agreement are not met through the fault of Kiev, the EU Council decision to extend this sanctions against Russia is regrettable. This was stated by the official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
“The EU Council decision was regrettable, she said. – The situation with the implementation of the Minsk agreements really changed a little because of the unwillingness of Kiev to meet its obligations according to the documents.”
“The response of the Russian “stop-list” will also continue to operate, but it is not our choice,” – said Zakharov.
The EU Council decision on extending a black list of citizens of Russia and Ukraine for six months was released Tuesday in the EU Official journal. According to the text of the decision, the decision shall enter into force on March 15, and the validity of this sanction sheet expires on 15 September 2017.
