In the Leningrad region, a criminal case against the driver who ran over the kid for shooting at his car from the toy.
The investigative Department of the TFR in the Leningrad region opened a criminal case concerning 54-the summer inhabitant of the Priozersky district, which ran on the car for the child, shot from a toy gun, reported the press service of the RF IC. The incident occurred on 9 March in Priozersk. Concerning the driver criminal case under article “hooliganism”.
The children were playing near a roadway, shooting from a toy gun at cars. One of the drivers, the angry behavior of the children, made arrival on one of the minors, and then, leaving the car, used-to-child violence.
The Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed in the shortest possible time to arrest a male suspect. “The Chairman of the Investigative Committee mandated to conduct a full and thorough investigation of this crime, to bring the guilty to criminal responsibility and in the shortest time to complete a criminal case”, — stated in the message.
In the framework of a criminal investigation the investigation will examine the actions and omissions of police officers. As already established, the police who visited the scene, do not understand the situation, let go of the suspect. In addition, the police on the same day, the hospital has received a telephone message about the injury of a child, but the police concerned did not take action.
