The number of prisoners in Russia has reached a historic low, it was declared the Federal service of execution of punishments. “Previously, investigators have degraded to such an extent that the detained people and if not knocked out, by hook or by crook persuaded the people to testify,” the lawyer said. According to trosheva, earlier very often the fingerprints and different expertise have been forged for a criminal investigation after obtaining a confession.
“As for the events, I really want to believe that this way the President will be followed by the Ministers of justice and all agencies that are part of the FSIN,” – concluded the lawyer.
