The first Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on international Affairs Dmitry Novikov criticized the US attempts to dictate to Russia what state leaders to contact her. His words leads RIA Novosti on Thursday, 9 March.
“As for Russia, the attempt to dictate who is who of public figures to contact, and who does not, does not look justified,” Novikov said, commenting on the concern of the Pentagon contacts the Russian side with the Libyan politicians and the military.
He added that the US may try to dictate terms to the Libyan politicians, but independent state to decide to accept them or not.
