MOSCOW, March 10. /TASS/. Possible replacement of the US Ambassador in Russia – it is standard diplomatic practice, the foreign Ministry does not comment on this decision until the official confirmation. This was stated on Friday at a briefing the official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
“With regard to reports in the press do not consider it necessary to comment on them, she said in response to a request to comment on media reports about possible appointment as the new U.S. Ambassador to Russia and former Governor of Utah John Huntsman. – There is a special procedure, which is triggered if a country considers it necessary to replace the Ambassador. This is a diplomatic practice”.
