MOSCOW, March 9. /TASS/. Vice-speaker of the state Duma Irina Yarovaya (“United Russia”) presented today the draft law on criminal liability for declination of minors to suicide and bringing them to suicide, the maximum penalty in the case of multiple offenses by these regulations may be 12 years imprisonment.
