Monkeys and kangaroos tried to take to Ukraine without supporting documents seized and placed in a zoo in Rostov-on-don. On Monday, March 6, RIA Novosti reported the press service of the institution.

Their health status is unknown, so the experts took the tests and sent animals for testing. “They were detained in appalling conditions in very small cages, a lot of stress for the animal. Now doing everything possible to bring them to life,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
All the beasts for about a year or two. One of the kangaroos, an albino, at the zoo earlier such was not. On the page of the zoo in Facebook it is reported that rare beast called acne.
The border guard of the FSB in the Rostov region to journalists, RIA Novosti reported that animals whose total value exceeds one million rubles, three Russians tried to smuggle to bypass the checkpoint. Against smugglers instituted administrative proceedings under the article “Conduct on the RF state border or near it economic, commercial or other activity without notice boundary bodies” and also addressed the issue of initiation of proceedings under article “Illegal moving through customs border of the Customs Union goods”.
