The head of state handed him a bronze sculpture of the artist Iuliana Rukavishnikov under the name “Seagull sits on the water picture” and Vitaly Zaytsev’s “Gulls over the river”. Thus, Putin hinted at the legendary Callsign Tereshkova — Chayka, with whom she went to space in 1963.
