Sources in the administration of Donald trump and an unnamed Western diplomats told the associated Press that the President of the United States may temporarily postpone plans to work on the agreement with Russia on the fight against ISIS* and other issues of national security.
According to the report, this may be due to the pressure on the team trump from accusations of contacts with Russia.
According to the Agency, the change in foreign policy may be related to the fact that the new person surrounded by trump taking a more assertive position in relation to Russia. In particular the adviser to the President for national security Herbert McMaster at the meeting with the staff of the national security Council, said Russia and China, countries that want to upend the existing world order, said one of the officials in the administration were present at the meeting.
In turn, the diplomatic representatives of Western countries in talks with trump stressed that the agreement with Russia carries great risks, said a diplomatic source.
