Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov said that to call “spin” the introduction of external management at the enterprises of Ukraine in the breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk national republics (DND and LNR) is incorrect. According to him, this was done only because “people need to survive,” RIA Novosti reported.
“I don’t think the word “spin” applies here, and I don’t think it would be correct to call it a spin. In principle, we are witnessing the fact that cut off their state region fall into the more difficult position of being in complete blockade by extremist elements. So, of course, to some extent we can understand the actions taken by the leadership of these regions, which, again, rejected by their state. We are talking about the lives of several million people, so, of course, people need to survive,” — said Peskov.
Earlier it was reported that from March 1, the authorities DND and LNR impose external management on all Ukrainian enterprises, which operate in their territory.
