According to the source TASS, the PAK DA will be used for several stealth technologies, including radar absorbing coating and design elements, as well as the geometric shape of the airframe. To reduce the effective area of scattering of the bomber in it will make only internal weapons bays.

At the end of February of the current year it became known that the State research Institute of aviation systems, he defended the design of the PAK DA. According to the draft, the military plans to use the new aircraft not only as a strategic bomber, but in the role of the missile-bomber, long-range interceptor, and even as a platform to launch spacecraft.
The development of the PAK DA is 2013. Presumably, the plane will be created on a “flying wing” and will fly at subsonic speeds. Special attention in the design of the aircraft will be given to the use of technologies of stealth. Yet officially it is only known that in the nomenclature of arms of a new bomber will include hypersonic weapons.
