About 30 percent of the “far Eastern hectare”, which did not come from the Sakhalin region, have to the lands of the South Kuril urban district. This was stated by the Minister of land and property relations Yelena Gakh, reports TASS.
As noted, at the end of February on the territory of the Sakhalin region was registered about 8 thousand applications. For the entire period of validity of the law on “far hectare” in the region of 1880 concluded contracts for a total area of 1245,2 ha. “From other regions of Russia has received 751 statement of which the largest number of applications – 276 – is the southern-Kuril city district”, — said the Qax.
The Minister explained that one who takes land must determine its intended use. It is given to the owner for about a year. The Agency reviewed all applications and came to the conclusion that the vast majority of people clearly understand why they land.
“These undecided 51%, while the rest think. Mostly the land take for agriculture, housing, tourism,” — said the Qax.
We will remind, earlier the Governor of the Magadan region took the initiative in addition to the far East to allocate and Kolyma hectares.
