The pilots were forced to urgently interrupt the flight of Tu-214 plane from Omsk to Moscow. On Board were the Minister of culture Vladimir Medinsky, the Director Stanislav Govorukhin, the Vice-speaker of the state Duma Sergey Neverov and journalists.
