In Myanmar during water festival has killed 285 people
In Myanmar during the four-day water festival Tinian in total, there were 1.2 thousand criminal cases, according to the publication India Today.
All of them, as the newspaper notes, were associated with murders, car accidents, use of drugs, theft, illegal possession of weapons and gang violence.
In total, according to India Today, for the celebration of the festival killed at least 285 people, 1073 — injured. However, as the edition notes, the mortality rate during the celebration “was 13 times more than last year.”
