Leading “Rain” Pavel Lobkova fined for a walk in the city center, in the costume of the penis. About this in Facebook wrote to his colleague Sergei Erenkov.

Earlier on Friday, April 14, in an interview with the Russian service “Bi-bi-si” Ergenkon said that Lobkova delivered in OVD “China-a city”.
Lobkov works on “Rain” in 2012. Prior to that, was a presenter at NTV and channel five.
