The Chairman “Fair Russia” Sergei Mironov believes that ought to legislate voluntary actions as an alternative to military service for those who are going to enter public service. He reported about it to journalists.
“We have now are stories that if a young person wants to go to the civil service, it needs to go into the army. Why not make an alternative, if people have any convictions etc. If he takes part in the volunteer movement, to perform certain civil functions, why the legislation as an analogue of (military service) not to do,” he said.
According to Mironov, “Fair Russia” now think on this topic. “I think that the law is needed”, – he said.
